When is the sale starting?
Our Afterpay Day Sale begins on 14 August 2024! Here are the details:
- For strictly 60 minutes only, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM AEST on 14 August 2024.
To take advantage of this incredible offer, please ensure you have checked out and placed your order within this 60-minute window. This discount will not be extended beyond the specified time. - After 60 minutes, at exactly 9:01 PM AEST, the discount offering on our website will automatically change to a new promotion
When does the sale end?
The biggest sale ever is ending 9:00 PM on 14 August 2024 and the next sale is ending 11:59 PM on 18 August 2024

Absolutely! We offer EASY and FAST 30-day returns/exchanges for sale items
Do I need a discount code?
No discount code needed, all prices are marked down.
Can I pay using other payment methods?
Yes of course! You could pay using Afterpay, Paypal, Klarna, credit/debit card, Shop pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Can I use my Freddy rewards points?
Freddy rewards points are redeemable and maybe used during the sale
Can I use my store credit from returns?

Can I use other discount codes or promotions?
No other discount codes or promotions may be used during the sale
When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Due to the huge volume of orders we receive during the sale period, sometimes it could take up to 3-5 days.
How do I get my size?
You could utilise the “Find my size” tool on the product pages on our website, simply enter your measurements to find your Freddy size. Our full size guide page is also available on our website. Still unsure which size to get? Connect with our Freddy Customer Support via live chat.
Can I make changes to an order if it hasn’t shipped yet?
Our warehouse team works extra hard during the sale to pick, pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible. As such, we won’t be able to make changes to an order once confirmed. The good news is you may return/ exchange once received.
Can I order and choose store pick up?
If you are located in Melbourne, there is an option to collect your order from Freddy Cremorne location. Make sure you choose this option at checkout
Do you have the same sale in-store?
Our 60 minute sale is NOT available in-store but we will also be running a promotion in-store starting 15 August 2024. Kindly take note of store opening hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 11am to 4pm
Saturday: 10am to 4pm
I purchased it a day before the sale. Can you honour the discount?
As per the Sale terms and conditions, the promotion does not apply to orders prior or after the sale period
Are gift cards included in your sale?
Only physical products are on sale, gift cards are excluded from the sale
