How much will it cost to ship my Freddy order?
Order £150 and up will be shipped for FREE via DHL.
A £9 shipping fee will apply to orders below £150.

How long does it take for my FREDDY order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our UK warehouse. We use DHL Express, shipping time normally takes 1-2 business days from the time your order is shipped.
A Shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Bought during a sale, peak season or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

We’ve learnt from all the bodies, butts and beauties we could find to create the perfect fit. You can view our full size guide here.
Select your usual trousers size and see what corresponds in Freddy sizing. Our WR.UP style is a smaller Italian cut, designed to maintain shape, rather than stretch. If your body is between sizes, we suggest going up one. Most of our trousers are true to size, for those that indicate small in fit, we recommend a size up.
How long are your trousers, will it be long enough for me?
Freddy’s is made of a Bi.elastic material which means they have an amazing stretch when worn including the in-seam. We have customers up to 6ft tall who find the length of our WRUP full-length range fitting them exceptionally comfortably. You may click here for a detailed measurement range of our in-seams. The order I received is incomplete, or I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
If you’ve received the incorrect item, or an incomplete order, contact us at support@freddystore.co.uk. We’ll help you get to the butt of the problem.
What happens if my product is damaged?
We take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it is in perfect condition, ready for you to wear and enjoy. If you receive your order and find a fault in some way that we may have missed, please email us with photos within 48 hours from delivery at support@freddystore.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date.
If the fault is deemed our responsibility, you can choose between a replacement if stock is on hand, a store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.
Items are not considered faulty if they are as a result of normal wear and tear.
I still haven’t received my order and it’s passed the expected delivery date?
If you’re still waiting for your Freddy order to arrive, get in touch with DHL or your local mail service with your tracking number. Your Freddy’s are in their safe hands, so they will be the fastest in letting you know where your order is. If they can’t give you any information, let us know at support@freddystore.co.uk and we’ll lodge an investigation, Sherlock Holmes style.
Can I exchange or return my order?
If it wasn’t love at first sight, we can exchange or refund any regular priced, new product within 30 days from the date they arrived at your door. See our full returns and exchange policy here.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
All orders are considered final when confirmed at checkout. If you’ve purchased the wrong size, send us a quick email at support@freddystore.co.uk with your order details. But if your order is already on its way, you can exchange your product once it has arrived, by following the instructions here.
The trousers I want are out of stock, or you don't have my size. When will you be getting more stock in?
New stock is regularly received from our Italian warehouse. We know we're the perfect fit for you, but if your size is out of stock, simply click on the size you want on the product page. A little box will pop up asking for your email address, so the minute your size is in stock, you’ll be notified straight away.
I have received an ‘invalid' tracking number?
Once you place your order, it takes a few hours for your tracking link to be updated on the DHL website. Check again later. If it’s invalid after 48 hours, email us at support@freddystore.co.uk and we’ll get to bottom of it.
Do you have any stores or stockists in UK?
FREDDY STORE UK is the only authorized retailer in the United Kingdom.

What type of dying techniques do you use?
There are two ways to dye. The standard way is to dye the fabric first, then build the product. The other way is to build the product first, then dye after. This offers a more refined, pastel colour. We do both.

What does D.I.W.O.® fabric mean for me?
DIWO stands for Dry In Wet Out. Made from polyester, our special elastic fabric is designed to move body sweat from inside your clothes to the outside. This helps keep your body temperature in check, so when you’re between workouts, you can avoid that post sweat chill from the moisture between your body and our fabric.
What payment methods do you accept?
When it comes to checking out, you’ve got a few options. You can use your credit or debit card, as well as your Paypal account. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay are available too

How do I remove a stain or grease from my FREDDY trousers?
It’s a two way street. Take care of your Freddy’s, and your Freddy’s will take care of you. Follow all care instructions here to avoid any early exits.
The simple solution: hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not soak and do not dry clean. If your Freddy’s are still going through a bad patch, consult with your local cleaner.
