Financial: Payment details processed securely via Shopify/Payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Marketing & Communications: Your preferences in receiving marketing and your communication history with our support team.

Where you have consented to marketing relating to Freddy products, Freddy S.p.A. and its subsidiaries may use your personal data to support, coordinate, personalise and conduct marketing activities relating to Freddy products, in accordance with your consent preferences and applicable privacy laws.

5. International Data Transfers
Some of our partners (like Shopify) are based outside the UK. We ensure these transfers are protected by UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same level of protection as it does in the UK.
Where we share personal data with Freddy S.p.A. in Italy or its subsidiaries located in the EEA, those transfers are made to countries covered by UK adequacy regulations. Where personal data is transferred to any Freddy subsidiary or service provider outside the UK or EEA, we will use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Order Data: 7 years for UK tax and accounting purposes.
Account Data: For the duration the account is active, plus 2 years of inactivity.
Marketing Consent: Until you withdraw consent, plus 1 year for our "do not contact" logs.
Analytics: Up to 26 months.

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.  WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
