5. International Data Transfers
Some of our partners (like Shopify) are based outside the UK. We ensure these transfers are protected by UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same level of protection as it does in the UK.
Where we share personal data with Freddy S.p.A. in Italy or its subsidiaries located in the EEA, those transfers are made to countries covered by UK adequacy regulations. Account Data: For the duration the account is active, plus 2 years of inactivity.
