We ship to the entire United Kingdom: England, Wales,  Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) and the Isle of Man. We also ship internationally to Australia, New Zealand and USA.

We utilise Royal Mail 24 express on all UK domestic orders and Royal Mail International on orders from overseas.

Please expect your order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our warehouse located in United Kingdom. 

A Shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Bought during a sale, peak season or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order.

Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes or clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by the customer.

If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to courier delay or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, we have partnered with Shiptection (powered by Insureship) which means you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection. Standard exclusions also apply, you may find the terms and conditions here.

Documentation requirements submitted will be assessed accordingly, additional information or documents may be required. Approval of the replacement request will be at the company’s discretion.

If the same product becomes out of stock, a store credit will be provided.
