Whilst there are lots of things you’ll do with your Freddy’s, here are a few things you shouldn’t. Don’t: leave them wet, soak, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, iron the silicon membrane, dry in direct sunlight, lend them to your friend – you’ll never get them back.
Read the care instructions on each product’s label carefully. Each style and material has slightly varied care instructions.
SALE/ Discounted Return Policy:
- 5 to 30% off sale or discount - may be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.
- 40-50% off sale or discount - may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Return label/ handling fee per item will apply
- 60-70% items are considered final sale and are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights
- Outlet sale, Clearance Sale items are considered final sale and are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights

- You get 14 days once you receive your Freddy item to decide whether you want to keep it or send it back.

Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from our London warehouse. During Sale period, dispatch times may take a bit longer than usual (up to 5 business days to dispatch).
Shipping fee /shipping time
- Orders £190 and up is eligible for FREE express shipping (delivery takes 1-3 business days from dispatch)
- Orders below £190: shipping fee is £5 for Express (delivery takes 1-3 business days from dispatch)
