We utilise Royal Mail Delivery service on all UK domestic orders and Royal Mail International on overseas orders.

Please expect your order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days from purchase date from our warehouse located in United Kingdom. 

A Shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Bought during a sale, peak season or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order.

Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Delays in delivery due to courier delay or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy.
